## Frequently asked questions

### Do unused credits roll over to the next month?

Not on plans: credits included in a monthly plan don't roll over. Packs bought on their own never expire.

### Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. An upgrade applies right away, prorated, with the credit difference added; a downgrade takes effect at the end of the paid period. Everything is managed from the studio settings.

### Do videos have a watermark?

Yes, as long as the account has no active subscription: videos made with packs only carry a rewatch.studio mark. Every paid plan removes it.

### Can I get a refund?

Yes, within 14 days of payment, as long as no credits have been used since the purchase. Write to contact@rewatch.studio. The details are in the Refund Policy, at the bottom of the page.
